Invoicing

Quotes: send, accept online, auto-invoice

Bigger jobs start as quotes — the rest is automatic

The quote-to-cash chain

For jobs a customer approves before you start, quotes carry the deal from first number to final restock without retyping anything.

📍

Navigate to: Quotes → New quote

How it flows

  1. Build the quote line by line from your catalog — products, services, quantities, any discount.
  2. Send it. Your customer gets a link to view the quote and accept it online — no printing, no signatures chased.
  3. Acceptance converts it to an invoice automatically. The invoice behaves like any other: emailed, payable online, tracked to paid.
  4. Payment can draft the restock. If the job consumed stock, Wemu drafts supplier purchase orders for what was used.

The pipeline board

The Quotes page doubles as a deal board — see every open quote by stage (sent, viewed, accepted, invoiced) so follow-ups happen while the job is still warm.

💡 Tip: quotes and invoices share your catalog and tax settings, so pricing is always consistent — change a price once and every new quote uses it.
