Skip the blank catalog
If you stock a professional line — DMK, RefectoCil, Dermalogica — you shouldn't have to type their catalog in by hand. Brand templates seed it for you.
How it works
Open Products → Import with AI and you'll see Start from a brand template. Tick the brands you stock and apply. Each brand arrives as:
- Back-bar products — professional stock, pack sizes and units already right, marked Professional so it stays off your shop.
- Retail lines — ready to price and sell.
- The brand's standard treatments — with the treatment-cost recipe already linked, so the moment you add your costs, profit-per-treatment works.
What it deliberately doesn't do
No prices are set for you. Wholesale costs vary by distributor, so every item lands with blank costs, price 0, and hidden from your online shop until you price it. Re-applying a template never duplicates anything you already have.
Your own brands
Brands aren't limited to the template library — type any brand name on a product and it exists, searchable immediately. The form suggests brands you've used before so spellings stay consistent. The template library is the curated shortcut for well-known professional lines, and it grows — new brands appear in the picker without any update on your side.
💡 Tip: after applying, open each product, enter your cost from your last invoice, set retail — then flip it online. The treatments light up in Reports as soon as their costs are real.
